2009 Aliso Viejo Rookie Red Sox

Uniforms:  

Pants and hats are in and I am picking them up tomorrow night, but Jerseys are not in yet — hopefully they will arrive mid next week.   Pending no rain, we will bring the pants and hats to Saturday practice. Then, when we get the Jersey notice, we will send out an email letting everyone know when they can come by to pick them up.  This year there are changes in what the league supplies for the uniforms.  We get:  a jersey, pants and hat, all extremely fine quality.  The uniform does not include a belt, socks or sleeves, these will be on your own to pick up prior to Opening Day.  The good news is that if you were fortunate to have any of these from past years uniforms, you can save some money and use again.  Regarding the sleeves, as long as the arms are red you are free to use the brand of your choice.  We have included a sheet for a 10% coupon from Chick’s, which you can use to help with the cost of these or other sports expenses.  The sheet is good until 3/31, so feel free to reprint and use as often as you need.  Again, please pick these items up before 2/21, Opening Day and we will send out an email as soon as the Jerseys are in.   Also, Chick’s has available a free pants exchange in case you don’t like the size you get, you can take them into Chick’s for a like pant exchange or if you want, using your coupon, trade up to a different pant for the difference in price.   Just be sure your guy doesn’t wear them and get them dirty before exchanging.
